In 2019 I broke both my left wrist and left lower shin bone and was therefore more or less immobilised. I discovered I could pass the time experimenting with images on an iPad. I have always been interested in mythology and how the stories were represented over time. As I believe much mythological content still relates to psychological realities I tried to create a contemporary interpretation, as well as documenting my reaction to the global crises resulting from the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
