2022 First Year of the Russo-Ukraine War

Focusing on the impact of the Russo-Ukraine war through visual narratives I followed the media images over the first year of the war. The focus of the media reporting changed depending on what the Russians were bombing and destroying. Europe has not had such a devastating war on its territory therefore the images were horrifying especially the injuries. I tried to create art works as a memorial capturing the devastation caused by the conflict, shedding light on the atrocities and especially the hardships and kidnapping of Ukrainian children.
